My classroom does not have enough computers for every student to work individually on. The students will use the Chromebook in class to enhance their learning using a variety of programs (Accelerated Reader, Wowzers, ST Math, Study Island, and Imagine Learning) Students will use the Chromebooks on a daily basis. I often assign lessons and activities for the students to complete on web-based programs. If my students have access to Chromebooks they will be able to complete weekly assignments, create collaborative documents in Google Docs as well as presentations on Google Slides. Having access to Chromebooks in the classroom will allow my students the opportunity to complete these projects and enhance their learning as well as prepare for the end of the year tests and exams that are computer-based. These Chromebooks will be a game changer for my students! Many do not have access to computers at home and will love being able to work on the computer at school. It is important for students to learn basic computing skills that will give them more opportunities later in life. Your donation will make a difference in their lives!
