Imagine you are highly distracted, uncomfortable, and can't focus on your work in class. You're sitting in the same type of desk that your parents and probably your grandparents sat in. But, imagine also that you have ADHD, and most of the students in this particular class have ADHD as well as other learning/behavioral problems. Wouldn't you enjoy some flexible seating options? And wouldn't you like for your teacher to have a visible timer that helps you to manage your time on task in the classroom, rather than having to call your name and prompt you repeatedly? The large visible timer with 1-minute​ reminders will help my students manage their time more effectively and motivate them to complete tasks in a timely manner. The cushions and wobble chair will be great additions to my classroom so that the students can have the ability to release energy due to ADHD, and focus on the given task.
