Yoga mats will help my little yogis stay in their own space. My preschoolers love yoga! But personal space is a challenging concept so we end up with little yogis all over and under. I need 8 child size yoga mats to help them stay in their own space. In early childhood, every moment is a learning opportunity. From the first greetings, saying hello to friends and teachers, to the good bye song at the end of the day, we work on language, math, scientific thinking and social skills, through play, movement, music and art. Yoga incorporates strength, balance, persistence, group awareness and self awareness.

About my class
