We are requesting three iPads in order to provide my ELLs access to technology that will support their language development. The iPads will help them with translating their school work and reading assignments. Students will be able to use the iPads to help them access information in their home language. Access to technology will also provide my students with the ability to research information in order to complete their writing assignments. In addition, students will utilize websites available for ELLs. I service students in grades K-8 that are eager to learn and complete their work with the right supports. The iPads will provide them with the supports needed to achieve their academic goals.
