My students will be using MIT App Inventor to create Android apps. Throughout the learning process, students will need to view their creations on a tablet to assess their progress and appreciate their hard work. These tablets will allow my students to do just that. Students enjoy coding much like they enjoy games, but being able to see their code in motion on a tablet changes their view of themselves. Confidence blooms, curiosity grows, and risk-taking increases as their creations come to life on the screen. Help give my students the opportunity to grow from a user of technology to an inventor.
