My students are 1st through 5th graders who have learning disabilities. They are very happy and energetic and they love to feel successful. They attend an inner city school that does not have much funding, especially for Special Education. Last year I received $150 dollars to spend in my classroom to buy items that my students would enjoy using and will help them learn. This year we did not receive anything due to budget cuts. Teaching online has been a huge learning curve and I would love to go into this year better prepared than I was when we were suddenly faced with online learning.
