These sensory items will prepare my students' bodies so their minds are ready to learn. Our trampoline broke last year, and it was a classroom favorite! Some kiddos would bounce between each activity. Others would jump for a few minutes periodically throughout the day. We miss our trampoline. We had to retire 2 bean bags this year and would love to have the giant bean bag chair. It would provide calming pressure to an upset student, serve as a place to read or a pretend boat for potential adventures. We are always moving, so please help us build our sensory friendly classroom, so we can jump and vibrate our way to success. I think my students will really love the motion bubble set. I believe the water and colors trickling down will help them focus on something soft, slow, and beautiful when their minds and bodies need to relax.
