As a student in an inner city school, resources to help you learn can, at times, be limited. Access to your teacher is also a sought-after commodity as classrooms tend to be over-crowded. Technology has taken a very important role in all aspects of our lives, specifically education. Providing tablets to inner-city 1st graders will get students reading now and reading more. Not all students can access the learning websites at home due to limited resources. Giving them more reading time at school is simply the first step towards a bright future. This gift will continue to give beyond today and last a lifetime to those it touches.

About my class
