These Wonder Dash and Dot Robots will make a difference in the learning experiences for our students. Students will see the connection to code they produce on a computer to objects in real life. Students will be able to problem solve, think critically, and use computational thinking as they plan tasks for the Dash and Dot. Dash and Dot Robots help students understand coding in a kid-friendly format. The Dash and Dot Robots use simple code that uses blocks for events, loops, motions, and sounds. Computer Science skills are necessary for 21st-century careers. These robots allow access and equity to computer science learning.
