There are dozens of different physical activities that teenagers can partake in at school, at home, and with friends. I want to open the eyes of my students by showing them how they can track the fitness data over time. I work in an area where the students only have access to fast food and do not have many healthy food choices. want to improve the physical education program at my school. Staying active can reduce the likelihood of obesity and other weight-related problems. Combining physical fitness with a healthy diet can also reduce the risk of heart disease and increase the lifespan of healthy individuals. The iPad I'm asking for can help the students input data into a program where the student can Track changes to fitness program such as bench press, squating, and cardiovascular endurance activities over time. Having a visual graph on the Ipad will help the students grow in the fitness program and have a better understanding of why fitness is so important in daily life. The Ipad will also help the students develop healthy food plans. A healthy meal plan to help them fight obesity, can assist them in tracking their health goals, and give them the chance to work on statistics like their heart rate before and after exercise. The extreme portability of it makes it perfect for our unique situation; we have no gym! This is the perfect tool to spark a lifetime of personal fitness interest in my students. The Air pods will help students in my class that are having difficulty focusing on any fitness task such as running during the fitness pacer test.
