I am looking to fund an art project for my special needs students where they get to paint their own skateboard decks! Most of my high schoolers are heavily interested in skateboarding and when I brought up the idea of this project in August they have been asking me about it ever since. Our school has told us that there is no longer a budget at all for the art classroom. This includes finances for all supplies so any new supplies have been purchased out of pocket. This specific project is unfortunately a bit too costly for me. That being said, I've told my students that I would do everything I can to make this project happen! With your donation you would be supporting/supplying paint and decks for an extremely memorable, therapeutic, and fun project that these awesome kids will never forget and get to keep forever!
