This flexible seating has a cushion on the back and the bottom to keep my students comfortable and ready to work for the period. They will be rotating as a group or as individual students to sit in those seats whether they are writing, reading or solving a mathematical problem. Students will use this flexible seating as a reward. This choice of reward will ensure daily hard work to sit in these seats instead of sitting on the typical chair of their classroom. They may even be more enthusiastic to sit and work to the best of their ability, and may encourage other students of the classroom to work just as hard to complete their work.
