The tools requested for this project will allow my students to learn important life skills through play and encourage motor skills development. The students will learn to take care of their environment, develop social skills, and develop the basis for future academic learning such as pre-reading and writing. The students will improve their language and social skills by offering peers water at snack time using these new water pitchers. Helping to sweep up spilled sensory bin messes after enjoying a multilayered experience gives the students a sense of pride in their classroom. I'm excited to introduce these enriching experiences to my students as they learn practical life skills.
