Flexible seating will allow my students to choose, take turns, focus and move freely along the classroom. This will also help my students with sensory issues feel more at ease and comfort. Flexible seating in the classroom will help promote physical activity, stay on task, burn calories and increase their metabolism while in the classroom. My students will be better focused and more alert during their core academics instruction. The students can work productively and be engaged during class. The comfort of seat cushions, stools, and activity mats will help students work productively and get along with each other. They will love and enjoy the freedom of movement.
