The journals are used on a daily basis to enhance the interactive portion of our lessons. The students also use their journals to help log their reading. About 95% of their class work is in the journals. It is a very important aspect of the curriculum and the students are doing incredibly well keeping up with them! This is proven by how fast we have run out of pages and pencils. There are some students who have resorted to stapling in extra notebook paper in the back so they can still use their current journal. Please help make these students lives a little easier by helping to provide them with this invaluable resource.
