In efforts to promote stillness in their minds and bodies, I would like to provide my students with different cushion and stool options for when we sit at our group meeting carpet. Some students are resorting to using their desk chairs - which can be un comfortable to then also sit on all day long – while others simply sit on the carpet. Typically ½ way through our meetings students are finding themselves getting uncomfortable, fidigty and distracted. I would like to purchase the cushions and stools in my shopping list below and will coach my students on the best ways to sit in each option to promote better posture and focus.
