As teachers, we are consistently collecting data in order to drive our instruction. A Chromebook is a necessity to make these goals attainable. Many of my students are limited in life experiences and technology is used to bridge these gaps through visuals such as virtual field trips. Stools for seating will support focus during small group instruction. Many of the chairs in my classroom are in poor condition and the style of the chairs promote slouching and therefore results in a lack of focus. Dry erase dots and markers will allow word work to take place with ease. My students will be able to respond to their reading more effectively by utilizing the dry erase dots, markers and post-it notes. Incorporating these supplies into our classroom and small group instruction will absolutely motivate my students to do their best while supporting and encouraging their success.
