The students I have been teaching for 17 years are extremely bright and ambitious students. Unfortunately, they live in a high poverty area and school is one of the only places they get to use computers and other technologies. When given the chance to work with these tools they show so much potential. It's my goal to provide them with such opportunities, by creating a classroom filled with an abundance of tools that increases team building activities. I am hopeful and excited to show them all they can create using a 3D printer! I imagine this new tool will inspire many students to strive for a career in Computer Science where there is going to be many jobs to choose from in the upcoming years!
