I have a group of mostly middle class students at a school of 3000 students who live in a bedroom community with strong agricultural roots. It is a hard working community that values education and wants to expand the learning opportunities for their students. They love exploring concepts and ideas from multiple perspectives and using those ideas to help shape their own understanding of their world. In particular, I teach students in a small learning community focused on art. Many of my students' favorite class activities center around expressing their learning and knowledge in creative and artistic ways.

About my class
