I am a middle school STEM teacher, and I have the AWESOME job of teaching game design to 6th, 7th and 8th grades. We use and practice the 4 Cs in-game strategy: collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. Everything we do in class relates to those! We learn some coding basics and focus on the artistic side of game design and the logical side of level design and balancing a game. My students get so into their projects, whether a video game project or a physical board or card game. I'm fortunate enough to have 20 desktop computers in my classroom, with two small but significant oversights: I have no mousepads or speakers! I am looking to purchase 20 mousepads and 20 speakers for my classroom. I see over 500 students in a year who would all get used out of these items. I also happen to coach our school's esports team, and those kids would benefit from them as well. I appreciate your support!
