With the Osmo, my students can learn math, spelling, visual thinking, problem-solving and creative drawing skills. Osmo's play system encourages social intelligence and creative thinking by opening up the iPad to the endless possibilities of physical play. The Osmo Genius Kit was named "Best Invention of 2014" by TIME magazine. The kit includes: word tiles, number tiles and tangram pieces. Having a transient student population, this device will be beneficial because each student can work at their own level and pace. With the Ipad and Osmo, my students can work independently on reading, math and science skills and go even higher!
