I am seeking funding for "Breathe For Change", a comprehensive approach to wellness for students through yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning. As we resume in-person learning amidst the ongoing trauma of a global pandemic, I am passionately seeking to develop the skills and resources to empower my students to recognize their diverse physical and emotional needs. As my students gain awareness of their own needs, they will develop strategies for self-care along with genuine empathy for others in our shared community and beyond. Your support will give my students life-long skills that will enable them to reach their potential despite the challenges that are beyond their control.
