My students have laptops and a listening center without headphones. They have been using the listening center on loud, which distracts their classmates from doing their own job. We need these Kids headphones to help us become better readers! Using headphones allows us to listen to stories on CD and utilize literacy programs that our district has purchased. Using these programs allows us to develop a stronger sense of reading fluency. Right now we don't have any headphones so with this project we will be able to put eleven students on the program at the same time without the noise distraction from all of their peers.
