Freak the Mighty is a literacy set used every year in 5th grade classrooms at our school. The current set being used is ten years old, and the books are deeply worn and we are taping books daily. This new set will ensure we can continue reading this beloved book for many years to come! This book captures their attention from the very first page and helps them to learn not everyone has the life you have. Freak the Mighty opens their eyes and hearts to others who are not like them. Written in a way they can understand and relate to.
