My students have caregivers who are excited to help them learn but unable to purchase the needed materials to continue their learning after school hours. I want to have these study packs to send home with the students to support our learning and help the kids feel successful. This will improve their confidence and their scores on future assessments. I recently purchased one of these kits for one of my students and his mother was so excited she cried because she was so grateful to be able to help her child at home. I want all my students to have the same experience. The study packs contain the following: A workbook for the caregivers to use as a guide for what to work on with their students. A highlighter for the parents to write the answer for the student to trace. This builds confidence in letter formation and writing, crayons for the students to use for writing and coloring which builds fine motor skills. Pencils for working on grip and letter and number formation. Flashcards for working on the alphabet and their numbers to 20 which can be turned into games and a page of stickers to use with the students as rewards for hard work. Finally, a small backpack to keep all their study treasures in while they are at school.
