All of my students benefit from the Counseling services at our school. These Socio-emotional books and literacy-based games can help normalize students' experiences. My student will be able to read about what they are experiencing and practice their skills through playing with literacy-based counseling games. Students will be able to develop and practice coping skills for complicated emotions, social skills, frustration tolerance and be able to practice these in a safe space. Students in a classrooms can take a part in this learning as we use the books for classroom presentations and for small groups for more intentional learning.
