We have been unable to replace our classroom brush sets in over ten years and desperately need higher quality materials to ensure our students can create their works of art using techniques taught in class, as well as through creative exploration. Our program has a full set of watercolor brushes, but needs acrylic brushes to complete our classroom set and ensure students have access to the appropriate tools. The addition of these brushes will give us the opportunity to develop projects that use acrylic paint. It will increase our student's ability to control the medium and create the effects they want. It will provide more precision, as well as the ability to create more expressive works of art.
