My students will benefit from coding robots like the mBot and Go Mouse, and Makey Makey. They will provide hands on learning experiences that will be invaluable to their learning about coding. These experiences will inspire students to use STEAM skills in their future entrepreneurial endeavors. Experiences with STEAM materials help to expand students' higher level thinking and creativity. The sky is the limit to each child's ability to create something new. Having STEAM materials available in my classroom will create excitement about learning and open them up to new possibilities. STEAM materials will provide students with experiences in math. science, and creative problem solving. These skills are essential for success in future careers.
