My Girls Conditioning class works extremely hard. Because of where we are located, we are not blessed with the most athletic students, but we have great kids that want to be successful . We have to find ways to even the playing field with our competitors. One of those is through work in the weight room and our conditioning. These Nike Legend T-shirts will be used as incentives for our hard work. I have seen our boys conditioning make great strides in the weight room with a similar incentive program. We are wanting to establish an All- American program for the girls. We are wanting to show that hard work is rewarded and make this a family type atmosphere. We want them to lean on each other for strength and guidance. I want these young ladies to feel good about themselves and that we see their hard work and sacrifices.
