We all know that laptops allow diverse material engagement for students to enhance learning. This is frequently achieved when there is an internet availability, which permits different learning materials access. Students are able to do more individual work on different educational online sites, interact with educational online games and provide text to speech and content language for students who have a learning disability. For collaboration and small group work, laptops can allow more effective and different class learning activities. We have a large special education population for resource students. We teach on average 10-12 students in each classroom for reading and math contents. These are students who have a specific learning disability, but still need access to learn grade level material on a slower learning pace with addressing specific learning needs. Allowing our resource students to have laptops is very valuable. They will able to engage in the material that is developed specifically and designed for them. Attaining laptops for our students will provide valuable technology and offer our students the access to enhance their educational needs.
