Allow me the joy of showing the kids the beauty in a well-executed sequence or the fear of a missed move or an unnoticed piece. I am excited to also use Chess to enhance students ability to be resilient. Chess is a game that allows students to struggle and learn from their mistakes. This is something that enhances their ability to be self-critical and understand that mistakes are opportunities for learning and not something that they should be critical about.
