These materials will help my students be able to do their best while being engaged learners at school. The headphones will help my students be able to hear the videos and lessons on iready and in centers. I do not have enough headphones currently in our computer lab for each student to have a pair, so they must share. It would be so helpful to have one per student. The Legos will allow me to give my students hands-on learning experiences that correlate with our social studies unit on communities. This also will allow students to build social skills as they work together to create the community. A lot of students in my class struggle with having positive social interactions. The Legos will allow me to model this for the students, as well as let them practice these skills.
