I need colorful and engaging materials that are easy to carry everywhere I travel! Going to 7 schools to see three- and four-year-old students who all have a speech or language impairment really keeps me on my toes, but some days it can be hard to keep all of the little ones actively engaged. My students all have so few (or no) words to verbally express but so much to say! I am requesting paint daubers for activities they can show their parents and practice the learned concepts; Fine Motor and Touch and Match games to practice turn-taking and saying nice things to friends; hands on toys (Building Language 3-D Lotto, Story Sequencing Cards, and Create-A-Burger Sequencing Stacker) to help increase vocabulary by engaging multiple senses; a timer and write and wipe pockets to keep me on time; as well as Mystery Boxes to make surprises extra fun!
