My students will use these colored pencils, scissors, glue, and markers, highlighters, and erasers to create their own personal textbooks. These interactive notebooks allow my students to organize and synthesize their thoughts, and create resources to extend their learning. Interactive Notebooks require my students to take ownership of their learning through color and creativity. Creating these notebooks also gives my students essential note taking skills they will need to be successful in high school and college while simultaneously accommodating multiple learning styles. Providing my students with these materials in class will ensure that students have the resources needed that many times my students are unable to go out an buy. These materials will be used daily in all of my classes.
