In forming a club, the students will be taught how to use the different angles of the pool table to sink the balls. They will get a better understanding of the physics including the force, inertia, friction, and centripetal force acting all throughout the game. Using the appealing factor of pool, the youth will develop not only their physics skills but their competitiveness and social skills too. Joining the club will bring them in contact with students from different ages, creating a friendlier environment and more interaction amongst our student body. Our school is a safe place for our students, one where they like to stay even after the bell has rung, so my goal is to teach them a game played worldwide that transcends borders and languages. A universal sport where injury is almost nonexistent when compared to soccer or football, and can bring together people of all ages.
