All of my students have a reading goal, as a class we continue to motivate each other to accomplish these goals. Currently our class library has many books that catch their eye, now they only need comfortable seats that will invite them to stay in that area and read more books. They show they enjoy reading, but will not stay in that area for too long. By providing them with different options to sit and enjoy their book, we are giving them the chance to keep developing their love for reading. Many don't have the opportunity to go the City Library, our classroom library is the closest thing they have that exposes them to different books. We want to keep motivating them to R-E-A-D!
