All of our students will benefit from this unit as we look to enhance our Physical Education classes. Our equipment in Physical Education is very limited and these new activities will catch our students' interests. Spikeball skill stations will improve our students fitness levels. Breaking up into teams will build team camaraderie in all of our classes. Our students are looking to learn new skills and activities that they have not been exposed to before. Pickleball will have all of our students engaged in a new activity while improving their physical fitness levels. This team sport can improve students' ability to work with other students, hand eye coordination, sportsmanship, and cardiovascular endurance.

About my class
