Fostering creativity, creating incentives for positive behavior, and providing opportunities for differential learning will allow my students a greater chance at being successful in the classroom. Basic supplies are often overlooked and run out quickly. Having a supply on hand keeps the flow of learning possible. With a flexible seating option, my students will be given the opportunity to focus on their learning and keep their mind of their need to fidget. Add harsh fluorescent lighting and suddenly focusing has become near impossible for those students already struggling to keep up with their peers. My hope is that this project will give my students what they need to be successful as well as help them feel comfortable in their learning environment.
