My students can not learn if they are feeling emotional overloaded. The Sensory Table will allow them to become centered quickly so learning can continue. As they calmly play they can talk about the issue at hand. The different materials will also improve their expressive speech due to the color and texture of materials. Communicating likes and dislikes is so important for students. I want my students to express themselves appropriately so they can avoid some hardships in the classroom. I need them to learn how to express themselves but I want to do it in a fun, calming, non threatening way. Help them be the best they can be!!
