We started a mindfulness program at the beginning of school year 2017-2018, and have seen a significant decrease in dean incidents since that time. Students are also kinder, happier and less stressed. This year, we created a gorgeous mindfulness studio where students can deepen their engagement with mindfulness and form community. The CBO in our building donated rugs and the rest of the furniture came from Materials for the Arts. The only thing we need to open officially for business is meditation cushions for seating. We would be very grateful if you would support this project, and your donation will help with a movement that is making a big difference in the lives of students.
