My goal as an elementary coach is to educate my students in the importance of living an active and healthier lifestyle. My colleague and I strive to incorporate a lot of fitness activities in our curriculum, but sadly we do not have the funds to purchase much of the proper equipment to do this. I would very much like to get my students excited about exercising by obtaining new fitness equipment. One item we are focusing on in our gym this year and in the future is for our students to learn how to read and monitor their heart rate. Although my students have learned to read their rate manually, it would be a great benefit to them to learn how to read it on a heart rate monitor. Therefore, I am humbly asking for your support in donating the very much needed monitors for my students. We are forever grateful for any help.
