Students need motivation to do well in school. When students work hard they need to be rewarded for their efforts. I have a treasure box that I show my students. I tell them that in order to open it, they must follow class rules. Students are rewarded for positive behavior, doing classwork, homework, and doing good things for others. They earn ROAR Reward Tickets and place them in a bucket for our weekly drawing. I see 3 different classes this year, therefore my prizes are quickly dwindling. We need a variety of small prizes to replenish our treasure box. Prizes like the games, stuffed animals, and pokeman cards encourage the students to keep up the good work. With your support, my students will be able to get a small reward that will motivate them to keep up the good work.
