Flexible seating will allow my students to move and meet their sensory needs while still learning. The sensory toys are designed to help a student refocus which helps them prepare to learn. The curriculum materials will be used to help expand opportunities for learning. Given the needs of my students, the items I'm requesting, wobble chairs and Slinky Pop Toobs, the will immediately enhance their learning. We want to enable our students and empower their learning. We want to maximize their learning. Their sensory needs often interfere with that learning and these materials can help center and calm them which will allow them to concentrate on their learning.
