Students face many challenges on a daily basis. Some students are unable to focus in school due to feeling hungry and being malnourished. Other students have no energy and struggle to stay awake during class because of their unhealthy food choices. The hope is that through the creation of an app, students will make better food choices, waste less food, fight obesity and overall feel much better, so that they can perform to the best of their abilities in the classroom. If funded, my students would have the tools to create an app with really cool characters, logos, images, and graphics while using a Chromebook.
