Learning to be healthy and enjoy exercise are habits that will benefit students forever. We have the opportunity to monitor the individual health statistics of our students, i.e. heart rate, calories burned, distance, and time. Students wearing heart rate monitors will be able to see instantly on a graph how hard they are working. The large monitor will easily be seen by students on the track, field, and weight room. The cart will allow coaches to roll it in and out of the different gym facilities. My students will see instant success for their hard work! I will also be able to see which students are not working to their potential and motivate them to do so.
