The sensory seats will provide balance therapy, tactile input, and improved focus for my students with adhd and Autism, as well as my kids with sensory processing and focus issues. First graders have a hard time sitting for an extended amount of time and these seat cushions will allow the students to do so. I am excited to see this project funded and for the students to achieve milestones this school year. This is something that will be a valuable resource in my classroom which I am unable to fund on my own nor does my school have the funds in the budget which is already stretched to a breaking point.
