These hurdles will aid my class in many ways. They can help with body awareness concepts and the application of space concepts. We can use them for individual activities, exercise activities, relays, obstacle courses, team games and track events. The hurdles would also be great to use for stations and conditioning activities. Relays offer a team activity to running events and the hurdles would be a great way to spice things up. The catch-n-throw kit would also be a great addition to our P.E. program. We could use it for several different activities or individual use. All of my students would benefit greatly from both of these items.
