My students are faced with many challenges daily. Most of them came to school on the very first day without their essential school supplies. I personally provided many of them with binders, paper, pencils, etc. I continue supplying them with their essential needs daily so that they can be successful. As the year is progressing on, the little bit of supplies we have is going fast. I've realized my students lack organizational skills. Many of my students are responsible for preparing themselves for their weekly tests as well as their standardized test and complete their homework alone. This year I have about 90 students throughout the day. We are stationed in a very small, cramped classroom!
