We are at a Title 1 school where the students come to school excited and love to learn. Majority come from low income families, but that does not impede them from completing their assignments and trying their best. One of their favorite parts of the day is using the technology, like laptops, that they do not have access at home. I love to have the students on my eye level so they can feel that they are important and not belittled. I feel that it is important for students to feel loved and safe in the classroom where they know they matter.

About my class
