When I was in middle school, I had no access to programming or robotics. Now, I am amazed at the incredible instructional technology that is available to give students rich STEM learning experiences at a young age. With these robotics sets, students will be able to explore basic programming concepts and apply their engineering design skills. They will face a series of challenging problems and build real robots to solve them, with snap-together parts and a kid friendly drag-and-drop block programming language that makes the content very accessible. Designing a robot makes programming and engineering concepts concrete, and these Lego robot sets are the perfect tool for students to have that experience in a fun, meaningful way. Your donation would give students access to a powerful learning tool that would help them develop skills that are becoming ever more valuable in our increasingly digital and automated society. A set of Lego robots will help set my students up for success, and will give them an incredible learning experience.
